In TN a driver should flash turn before 50 feet but i found in other online stuff 100 feet. Confusion developed??? Likely driver should report crash within 20 days mentioned in TN Driving hand book but you have mentioned 10 days. Again confusion developed????

If involved in a reportable accident, the operator of the vehicle must file an accident report to the Department of Safety within... 10 days.

That one is incorrect:

If involved in a reportable accident, the operator of the vehicle must file an accident report to the Department of Safety within:
10 days
20 days
48 hours
Incorrect. Q13 answer is B. An accident report must be filed with the department of safety within 20 days of the accident.

I was using your page as a cliff note for the online practice test. Thought I would let you know you had one incorrect.

"If involved in a reportable accident, the operator of the vehicle must file an accident report to the Department of Safety within... 10 days."

Is supposed to be 20 days. I know it happened to me. Lost my license because I didn't know this fact.

Q13 answer is B. An accident report must be filed with the department of safety within 20 days of the accident.

Q11 answer is A. You must turn on your flashing turn signals at least 50 feet before the turn.

Q10 answer is C. A 3 year old child must be in a child restraint device. A 4 year old may be restrained by either a belt positioning booster seat or a seat belt.
